Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing tickets or engaging with any goods or services associated with Mothership ATL. By purchasing a ticket or attending any Mothership ATL event, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. General

Mothership ATL (“the Experience,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an immersive art experience produced in Atlanta, Georgia. These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of tickets and your attendance at any Mothership ATL event or activation.

2. Ticket Purchases & No Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final.

Once a ticket purchase is completed, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • A change in personal schedule or availability
  • Illness or emergency (we encourage purchasing travel protection or event insurance if needed)
  • Dissatisfaction with the experience
  • Failure to attend on the selected date and time

Your ticket grants you access to the Mothership ATL experience on the date and time associated with your purchase. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

3. Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the rare event that Mothership ATL must cancel or significantly postpone a scheduled experience due to circumstances within our control, ticketholders will be offered the option to:

  • Transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date, or
  • Receive a credit toward a future Mothership ATL event

Mothership ATL is not responsible for and will not issue refunds for cancellations or postponements resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.

4. Artwork Purchases

Artwork available for purchase at Mothership ATL events and activations is sold independently through Occasional Superstar, the studio and creative practice of Atlanta-based artist Fabian Williams.

All artwork transactions, inquiries, shipping, returns, and disputes related to artwork purchases are governed exclusively by the Terms and Conditions of Occasional Superstar, available at: occasionalsuperstar.com

Mothership ATL assumes no liability for artwork transactions and is not a party to any purchase agreement between the buyer and Occasional Superstar.

5. Code of Conduct & Entry

Mothership ATL reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest from the experience at any time for behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or endangers the safety or comfort of other guests, artists, or staff. No refund will be issued in the event of removal due to a violation of this policy.

Guests are expected to:

  • Treat all guests, artists, and staff with respect
  • Follow all posted guidelines and staff instructions within the experience
  • Refrain from damaging or tampering with any installations, artwork, or equipment

6. Photography & Recording

Personal photography for non-commercial use is permitted within Mothership ATL unless otherwise posted in specific areas of the experience. Commercial photography, videography, or recording of any kind requires prior written approval from Mothership ATL.

By entering the experience, guests acknowledge that Mothership ATL may capture photography and video during events and that guests may appear in such content, which may be used for promotional purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mothership ATL, its organizers, partners, and affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during any Mothership ATL event or activation. Guests attend at their own risk.
